A Parisian restaurant once promised a pizza experience unlike any other. Ask for your pizza, and in five minutes a robot would make your cake from scratch, no human hands are needed. This was the vision of Pazzi Robotics, a French startup that fused advanced automation with the Italian culinary tradition.
For a while, the company seemed ready to redefine how people see pizza. However, after nine years of innovation and effort, Pazzi closed its doors in 2022.
